Biography
Selin Jenkins has 15 years experience in Organizational Development and Change Management training. She brings relevant industrial related expertise from her work with large multi-national corporations, and small/medium sized business enterprise, covering the fields of Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Customer Service, and Further Education Training.
All training courses are customised to fit specific training needs, and will put “theory into practice” based on the case studies & role play.
She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and has a Masters Degree in HR Management and her other accomplishments include implementing multi-million dollar SAP-HR systems project in a global company, working across Europe and North America.
